Code of Ethics

 

DiRhody Entertainment Resources Code of Ethics
This Code of Ethics is established as a guideline to all DJs or Bands, Venues, Photographers or any other service business that choose to advertise with is. It is necessary that you agree with our ethics in entertainment before you advertise with us. We only want entertainers who are serious about their craft and believe in providing the highest possible value of service.
  1. To abide by all applicable laws, codes and regulations of the City, County and State you are in to protect the public against fraud and unfair practices.
  2. To provide the highest level of services possible to the client and furthermore to insure that the client receives the equal or better amount of service in return for the money that they paid.
  3. To present your services and abilities honestly and without misrepresentation of any kind. Note to DJs: Do not call yourself interactive if you never move from behind your DJ rig.
  4. To dress with class and in a respectful and appropriate attire commensurate to the event you're hired to do.
  5. To insure a satisfied customer by encouraging communication before, during and after the event.
  6. To act without discriminatory practices when dealing with customers and associates.
  7. To be willing to draft and honor any written contracts pertaining to agreements with the client.
  8. To help the customer in any reasonable way possible to ensure a successful event.
  9. To be willing to hire and pay fairly any extra personnel that may be needed to complete the event.
  10. To advise customers of any changes which may impact the customers expectations, including in particular the specific DJ or Band personnel.
  11. To use only reasonable competitive practices toward others in your industry.
